Job Summary :
Candidate Profile:
0-2 Years of Prior Experience in Business and systems analysis background in product development is preferable.
BE with MBA 2012 pass outs from premier institutes are preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with Client, Domain Experts, Service Technology reps, Sales, third party vendors, UI design, Development, QA and Documentation.
Maturity and communication polish to make presentations to non-IT groups and IT clients.
Passion to develop deep domain expertise.
Capability of learning business process promptly and identifying, creating or suggesting key performance indicators / analytics accordingly
Capability of fact finding by using various method such as interview, focus group discussion, survey, questionnaire
Highly skilled at analyzing source / transaction data source, identifying data elements
Translating business need to functional requirement / technical specification of extracting & transforming data for technology group.
Capable of creating mock-ups of suggested solution for the purpose of refining or acquiring business / functional requirements and getting buy-in from business
Clear understanding of transactional database system, enterprise reporting data warehouse methodology, OLAP technology.
In-depth experience and expertise with SQL statement. Familiarity or working experience with Cognos or any other BI tool.
