Job Summary :
Post 1: Management Trainee (Engg)
B.E/B.Tech (Agri Engg) from recognized University / Institutions with minimum 60 % marks.Consolidated stipend including DA during training period @ Rs. 27,437/- per month
One year training. Consolidated stipend of Rs. 27,437/- P.M. (Basic Pay Rs. 16,400/- & DA-11037/-) during training period plus HRA or single seated accommodation depending upon the place of posting. Scale of pay on absorption :- Rs. 16,400-40,500/-
Post 2: Management Trainee (Civil Engg)
B.E/B.Tech (Civil Engg) from recognized University / Institutions with minimum 60 % marks.
Consolidated stipend including DA during training period @ Rs. 27,437/- per month
One year training. Consolidated stipend of Rs. 27,437/- P.M. (Basic Pay Rs. 16,400/- & DA-11037/-) during training period plus HRA or single seated accommodation depending upon the place of posting. Scale of pay on absorption :- Rs. 16,400-40,500/-
Post 3: Management Trainee (Finance)
Pass in CA/ICWA OR 2 years full time MBA with specialization in Finance from recognized University / Institutions with minimum 60 % marks.
Consolidated stipend including DA during training period @ Rs. 27,437/- per month
